Only thing I didn't like was the 90 minute wait for service. Kind of makes appointments useless. Outside of that, I love the dealership they always recalibrate my car to factory new condition which I highly appreciate.

Alyssa was extremely friendly and professional to work with. We loved her no pressure approach to the purchase of our new vehicle. Be sure to ask for Alyssa when shopping for a new vehicle at this dealership! In addition, Dogan made the financing aspect of the purchase easy and understandable. Again, it was a no pressure approach which was greatly appreciated.
This dealership has an ace salesman in Bernie. He was pleasant and made sure that my new Seltos was taken care of to my liking.

They didn't clear my dashboard so I don't know if any of the work was done because my car still pop-up says I have eight days till maintenance now it has 865 days of some other work that needs to be done but I pay for two filters and a oil change and I should not have a rough start

I had to return to the dealership after I got home. They forgot to turnoff the switch that prevents passenger doors and hatch to open with the push of a button. Since I don’t live close to the dealership it was close to an hour to go there twice.

Service was good but I had to return two days later because the check engine light came on and a sensor had to be tightened. I also asked for a car wash and that didn’t happen. I ended up going to get a car wash on my own.

I was in for service Aug 2024 tire rotation, my truck was too large for the alignment rack, so they did not align tires. They side swiped the side of my truck bringing it into the building. Never bothered to tell me or fix what they did. I saw it when I picked it up, white paint all down the side of my black truck. It took 4 weeks to get the backplate for the license for my car u called multiple times and I found out that each week I called the order for the backplate wasn't even placed. When I first received the car the detail work was horrendous. Luckily the 2nd detail was better but still there were flaws showing lack of care both in the service and cleaning department. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I think her name was Serena? Refused to look up my maintenance package even though I confirmed it was on file at the time of booking. She refused to call the maintenance package company to verify what was covered, I had to. And then after I confirmed everything was covered and had the package company email her (essentially doing her job) she refused to apply the coverage for everything for my appointment even though I had ample documentation showing it was 100% covered. Won’t be returning to this location
