Connor was great in explaining things and helping me prepare for finances with the car. Very nice! However picking up the car getting into it I was met with two large bags and a very dirty floorboard with a torn paper mat for feet. Also several things had come out of my glove box that they did not bother putting back and one was my car wipes and they were dried out so now trash. After traveling to Wisconsin from out of state and having my car damaged when someone attempted to steal it I was distraught. But upon entering the Kia dealership and speaking with Chris S, I felt heard and validated. He communicated with me throughout the day, and the technicians worked hard to solve my issue(s). First I would like to say very nice staff upon arrival I was greeted outside in the rain by a gentleman who works there came out to hold the door open I thought that was so nice of him. I brought my car in for service. I've only ever had it service there because that's where I bought the car. Every time I've had it service there they've done an excellent job. They show a video. Tell me what things are going on with my car and give me a car wash if the weather is appropriate. Came in for 5000 mile checkup and oil change. Work was done quite quickly. I also asked for a new battery for my key fob and that was taken care of. Serena also helped me hook up my new iPhone to my car as I couldn't figure it out myself. She also showed me the button control for the side mirrors that I didn't know about.
