Made a appointment to have a recall part installed and they told me when the first opening was and I took it. I decided that as long as I was going I will get an oil change but the part I really went for they gave to another customer, so now I have to go back again. Very very disappointed 😞
I didn’t receive a vehicle inspection report like I normally do. Also, service advisor was going to follow up with me on 9/21 and never did.
I have had my vehicle serviced here several times, and I have had no issues. Whether it's routine maintenance or a recall repair, everything has been done in the time frame estimated, the cost has been what I expected, and the staff have been friendly. There is seating to wait, including tables and wifi if you want to work.

The BEST experience in a long life of driving and purchasing cars! Justin Wagner was my sales rep at Russ Darrow in Tosa, and he was attentive without being overbearing, he knew the car and its features, and he handled every part of the transaction well. Overall, including the interaction with Wyatt Uttech in Finance, was amazing. I would recommend these two young men to anyone, even someone my age (I won't tell). Kia makes a great car, this Sportage is our third Kia.
Brought my Kia Soul in for a voluntary recall: Brake line inspection. Brake lines were replaced for free on an 11-year-old car. The service rep, Chris, was both highly professional and very friendly.

I would like to share my buying experience with Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa. I worked with Ernesto Parrilla and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't put unnecessary pressure on us. Ernesto also made sure we were happy with the deal we eventually worked out.
The lounge is comfortable and I was informed of the progress of my diagnostic work.
Christofer was very friendly and professional, explained what all I was getting done. He was kind enough to pull the car around so we didn't have to walk to get it.
Unfortunately the second time I have had it in for a different service event and when they take out the cabin filters they are not reinstalled properly and now my AC sounds like a plane overhead. A little disappointing this has happened two times

However picking up the car getting into it I was met with two large bags and a very dirty floorboard with a torn paper mat for feet. They overfilled the engine oil and brake fluid by a lot. And when I pointed it, they argued that it wasn't so bad. They have not apologized either.
Pretty sure they forgot about me. Saw my car sitting in the parking lots after 2 hours. Went in to check. He then said he'll just start doing the oil change now.
